Although Survivability Recruitment™ is a business, we operate in the same ethos of our parent company the MLi Group. Money and profitability are NOT our only motivations.

In-depth Engagement – Consultation by a Survivability recruitment expert to review all areas of a candidate’s profile, work experience and qualifications helping to provide a brief to help clients understand the strengths of each candidate

Comprehensive Process – We manage the entire process so no admin for you, all fully automated CRM system which can be used to manage the admin / interview scheduling and makes the entire process more efficient, leaving nothing for you to do except review CVs and interview the qualified candidates
